Thinking about threats

I'm thinking that all of our lack of space items need to be moved from weaknesses to threats because the lack of space is really and external issue. We can't do much to change it.

Another threat is lack of any change for students for printing/copying on the entire East side of the campus.

Cumbersome pay-for-print process might be another threat.
