One of the techniques that most bloggers use to stay efficient and streamlined is to use a little applet that allows them to quickly post a link to their blog, so they can spend their time writing thoughtful commentary rather than typing in URL's and HTML code.
This link will show you how to add the applet to your browser. Having done so all you do is navigate to the page you want to post and click on the applet.

This way it is possible to incorporate helpful links right inside the blog itself.
What I'm going to do next -- partly just as a demonstration -- is to search for the best site I can find on SWOT analysis and post a link with some commentary.
